Wasn't expecting anything special or even satisfaction in service honestly but my son needed a haircut desperately and he isn't cooperative when I do it at home but I have to admit that I was happily surprised and grateful with the entire process from checking in online to minimize waiting time in the seating area inside you receive a text when you are the next customer for service so by the time you drive to the salon it's basically your turn to go to the chair which is amazing but I mean it is literally a lifesaver when you have a 6 year old boy who's everywhere but where he should be!! So for this feature alone 10 STAR'S!!!
Second time visiting Great Clips and had my hair cut by Mary for the first time. Online check in was easy and I went right in at my designated time. I will be heading back in a few weeks.

I like that it's always clean and bright. Staff was very helpful. The best part is the app where you reserve a spot, they let you know when to come in.
