Last year when I went to this salon for an appointment I was rudely greeted at the door for bringing my 9 year old daughter and her friend with me. The owner was condescending and kept telling me that she should not be expected to watch my children. This made me very uncomfortable and very unwelcome. I only stayed because I love the service I get from one of the providers. This went on for a while, giving me the impression that she thinks all children misbehave. My poor child felt like she was a bad person. My child happens to be extremely well behaved and has no problem sitting in a waiting room with a book or a device. I went back this year for hair services because I wanted to try a specific stylist I heard great things about. I love my new hair stylist! She is wonderful and takes her time to do her best work. I found it very strange a couple of times when I was her last client that the owner had to stay for hours until we were finished, so she could personally cash me out. I felt like she did not trust her employees to cash out or close her business. This was confirmed this week when I made an appointment for a color and cut for both my daughter and myself. We received our hair cut but had to reschedule for the color because my stylist did not want the owner to have to hang around while we got our color. When we came back for the second appointment, my daughter went first for color. I was then told there was no time to do my color because the owner had to leave to meet someone. I was confused as to why not just give the stylist the key to lock up rather than ask a customer to come back for yet a third time for what should have been one appointment?? I also live an hour away. I called to cancel my third appointment today and said I would not be returning because I do not like the way the business is run. The girl said okay and goodbye. I find it very upsetting that a business does not trust their employees and does not care that they have inconvenienced customers. Shouldn't an apology, discount, or something have been offered for this terrible way to treat a customer? I now have to leave a wonderful stylist because of the way this business is run. I also have 3 days to find someone to do my color for an event I am attending. I have been to many salons following my past stylist and at each one she has had her own key and scheduled and cashed out her own customers on her personal phone. This is poor business practice to say the least.

Went to see miss Linda for a facial an she did an awesome amazing job an she was so gentle an so soothing. I was so relaxed an so comfy on the chair an the blankets were so soft. My skin feels so nice an so clean an my massage was so nice too . Can not wait to go back an see her again !

Basically chose this salon by throwing a dart on the google map and boy did I luck out! Lynne is amazing- she really listened to what I wanted to do and I've been so happy with the results. Will definitely return!

I have been going to Karen Dizlorenzo for 30 years now, she is fabulous, gives a great cut and has a great personality too! Highly recomended!
