I started going to Vida for my nails - Gel tips - because my friend recommend me to go there. I live in providence and started driving to get my nails done based off the amazing experience I had a few months back. Willam would do my gel nails and I would not have to ask him to fix anything, he was very very experienced and I Could tell because I have been getting my nails done for 12 years Religiously! I would always make appointments and sometimes they would have him booked, even though I had an appointment made, but I would wait for him because he was that good. Moral of the story I had an appointment booked with him a week in advance, and I went in for my appointment and they said he no longer worked there, that he had left 2 weeks ago. So no one had the decency to call me I just showed up and they couldn’t even take me. So I called multiple days in a row to get in but they were too busy. Finally I just went and they took me and I got someone random and they rushed through the whole 45 dollar fill and now I’m stuck with nails I don’t love. Will not be going back. I have seen other reviews that if they are not busy they do a better job then when they are busy, and that is absolutely true. The consistency just isn’t there. One hand is one shape the other is another shape, thick and just overall not how they have been done previously by William and or the other gentleman I’ve had before there. I can’t afford to risk the money anymore and or time for inconsistency.

First time today and I will definitely be back. Their covid precautions are excellent. The ultimate spa pedicure felt amazing. Everyone was so nice. All the employees and customers seemed really happy. I called around 3 and made an appointment for 5. Every other nail salon I've been to has made me wait at least 15 minutes after my appointment time. When I arrived, they took me right away. I was completely pampered and it was amazing.

This is my third time going to this salon and I love it. The salon is extremely clean and everyone is always so professional. Today, Summer did my pedicure and my gel manicure and her work is perfection. I have nothing negative to say about my experience. If you are looking for an atmosphere where you can relax and pamper yourself this is definitely the place to do so. I’m definitely coming back.

Amazing service! They always offer a massage and they pay attention to their customers. Very friendly and love their COVID precautions, definitely felt safe and clean!!

Had appointments for 3 pedicures and manicures with my sister and handicapped mother. The “manager and receptionist “ were terrible. Had my mother sit at a pedicure station for an hour before coming over to her. The water was cold by that time. The clinicians were top notch that we seen by. We waited for 2 HOURS and we’re not able to even sit together. Disgusting!
