Called as we were told that our leech field for our septic needed to be replaced two gentlemen came out and had the problem fixed in less than 10 minutes. Then took the time to explain how to stop it from happening in the future. Amazing customer service. We will be using Main and sons solely from now on.
New to the area- Called Main and Sons to inspect sump pump in my new house. They confirmed that it needed to be replaced very soon.. I had them replace it with new and inspect rest of sump pit to ensure it was in good working/mechanical shape. They did and afterwards they answered all of my questions in depth.nWhile they were at house I had him look at a dripping shower, they replaced shower cartridge within minutes. In and out in less than 2 hours. Exceptional service! Knowledgeable staff! I will always use them for future needs!
Called Jeremy because our furnace was not working correctly and with the forecast of below zero temps needed to get it looked at. Jeremy came out and solved the problem quickly. Can't ask for more than that on a cold day. I can't thank him enough for keeping us warm.
Called to see if they replaced septic systems and I was told they would call me back. Jeremy called me back in a timely manor. He said he could come out and do an inspection. He came out explained everything, kept in touch with me and was great. Got the job done as fast and accuratly as he could and even helped us work with the health department. I would highly recommend main and sons. Did a fantastic job. Will call for future work to be done.
