This car wash is amazing!!!! I’ve been coming here since i can remember!! Great service! Very polite!! Of course there can be ups and downs to going through a car wash and damages may occur and mistakes will be made! Nothing is perfect!! and this car wash will do whatever it takes to make these customers happy!!!! I will always come here!!!
Customer Service is very important to me. Quality is also but sometimes that can be forgiven if the Customer Service is Phenomenal. Shortly after I signed up the Manager Angel introduced himself and explained the whole process of becoming a monthly member and escorted me to the waiting room. He is very polite and the business is very well kept up. My car looks amazing and I am very happy with their service
We have been taking our cars to the Sparkle Express in Riverton for many years and they have always done a great job! We especially love the wax & polish. We were taking our Jeep Wrangler through the Wax & Polish machine and the machine had a mechanical function which does happen. There was some minor damage to the bumper and rear lights that came to about $400 in damage. We ordered the parts and they kindly reimbursed us for the damages. From experience most car washes would not reimburse for damage so I’m so happy they were professional and took care of this. I highly recommend Sparkle Express in Riverton and I will continue to use them.
These guys are the greatest. They get the job done and done well. I took 3 different vehicles in today and as always they took great care of me and my vehicles. I have an old truck that is restored and I trust them to take care of it. They do great. Highly recommend their service.
