I had an outfit cleaned, as I have done in the past and I have an appointment after work, so I went to LaFrance Dry Cleaners before work. I did not notice the Hours of operation until I had opened the door whereas I had about 9 more minutes. The cashier and manager encouraged me to come on in! They were cordial, cashier was warm and professional! Get experience to begin a day of work!
We could not find one of my comforters when I stopped to pick up and I was told I would get a call the next morning about it and at 8 am sharp I got a call that it has been found and was ready to pick up. In a world of declining customer service their professionalism is refreshing!
The service was great. The service professionals were courteous and fast. I received my clothing back quickly and correctly. I totally appreciate the convenient location for the service they provided.
Service was excellent only complaint is the cost it's a little too high. Had all my pants and shirts dry cleaned
