I had to get my son’s suits dry cleaned for a job interview. My son lost his job and I had mentioned that to the La France employee. Well, unbeknownst to me, when I went to pick up the suit they didn’t charge me for the cleaning because my son lost his job.nThis is just above and beyond customer service!! I truly appreciate what they have done for us.
From the first time I went in to drop off my laundry, the staff was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. It was like they actually liked their job and wanted to do good for the customer. Since then, and many bags of laundry later, they continue the level if work I admire and I can see why they have been in business as long as they have.
Got a ton of things dry cleaned. Great service. Good prices. Everything was perfect.

They picked up my car-smudged winter coat, brought it back a few days later in lovely clean condition. I was pleased with their work, and appreciated not having to lug it to the shop or go get it. I have no complaints, and the people I've dealt with on the phone or in person were very professional.
