Gorilla Car Wash

I was at the car wash today and Cole went out of his way to help me. Really made my day! Great staff :)

I used to love this car wash. I have a monthly membership and go a couple Times a week last time I went I noticed huge scratches on the front of my hood after going through. I called to talk to someone they apologized and said they would resolve it quickly. Instead they began to deny the scratches because they are not visible when wet. Save your car go somewhere else.

Beyond expectations in customer service ! Best in the game so far ! And far better than chain oil and lubs. Great prices like Walmart’s but the quality leaves you pleasantly surprised . I will come here my lifetime for my vehicles washes and services.

Update: 04/06/2020 I used to rate this place 5 stars but after a recent interaction I had to change my rating. I took my minivan in last week for a car wash with my wife and my kids. Everything was going fine until shortly after the car wash started my van suddenly lurched forward and hit us into the car in front of us. There was no damage to the car in front of us. Unfortunately our bumper was damaged when we hit the truck in front of us. The store manager took my wife and I into back room and showed us the video. He proceeded to tell us there was no way the tracks would lurch us forward like that without us having the car in drive. (even though there's multiple reports from customers of other car washes claiming the exact thing happened to them) Let me be clear: I. Did. Not. Have. The. Car. In. Drive. As I had to pop the car OUT of neutral to drive Out of the car wash after my van hit the car in front of me. My wife even checked at the beginning of the car wash to make sure I was in neutral. The store Manger said there was no way to verify that I was in neutral and refused entertain covering the damage on the front grill. My entire front bumper was jerked loose and it snapped some of the bolts. It needs to be replaced now and the total cost is about $995.00. It was clear from this interaction that they are just trying to get out of having any liability and won't take responsibility. I can't trust taking my car back to a company that doesn't do the right thing for their customers. Regretfully, I wouldn't recommend this car wash anymore as it's my opinion that they are dishonest and that it is unsafe to bring your car in.
