Great advice on how to handle my issue.
Stephen was great! So easy to work with during the stressful time. Prompt, thorough, did amazing with our water damage removal and cleanup. Would definitely recommend!
We called a few places and were told that they could see us Monday morning even though we had fire Friday night. Serve pro was there within two hours on a Saturday to start the process of removing everything and cleaning and estimating. Steve konz and his crew were professional and would answer any questions I had even after hours throughout the process. They cared about our things as if it was their own. Thanks
We had a flooded basement and were impressed by the the promptness and professionalism shown by Steve Konz and his crew in dealing with all of the associated issues. We would highly recommend him and his crew for handling the clean-up after a water disaster
Steve Konz was our Serv Pro professional. He offered great advice on how to gut and prepare our flooded basement. On May 20,2020 we got 4.5' of water and sewage backup. ServPro dried and disinfecting process. Steve also talked to our insurance agent about the damage. Excellent service.
