My care came out very sporty and hardly cleaner then it went in. Maybe if I ran through it twice. But I don’t know who to talk to about the poor carwash

Update: Changing from 5 stars to 3. Although we still really like this car wash, 50% of the time that we go to get a car wash, it is out of order. It's frustrating.
Love this car wash! You need a Sam's Club membership, of course. For $6, it does a great job. It has two different lanes - one that is touch free and one that is soft touch. A previous reviewer stated that neither wash had any contact with your vehicle, but the soft touch does. We like that neither of them have anything that will scratch our wheels, which has happened at other car washes.
Honestly it does an OK job. There are better and much worse car washes for the money nearby so this is a safe choice but definitely not a deal for having to have a membership to enter and buy a wash. You will probably get some missed spots on the back of the car like me you'll have to touch up later.
It wasn't a very good carwash, but the price is good.
