This is a great quick place to have your car washed. Regardless of the package you choose, your wash comes out the same. Or maybe, I couldn't tell the difference. There's always more than enough hand vacuums to clean the inside of your car. They do a pretty good job emptying the trash cans so, they're not over filling when you're cleaning out your car like most places. We enjoy the monthly package plan considering we live less than a mile away. It's conveniently located by the freeway which allows for us to wash our cars regularly. The reason for 1 less star was the difficult time we had correcting our license plate and being able to use our monthly package. We went in circles for over a month however, it was resolved and we're happy campers.

I had been going through the car wash here for the last few months with mediocre results at best. Door handles didn’t get clean on the back sides and my truck back window never got adequately cleaned. I kept going because the price wasn’t terrible and I could spend an extra 5-10 minutes hand washing the areas missed by Quick Quack. The final straw for me was when I took my truck (a Ford Raptor) through. Got signed in but the wash was halted as I drove onto the tracks (as instructed). After a couple minutes I was informed my truck could no longer go through the wash due to some issue with their tire shine brushes. Cars had built up behind me and had to be told to back up so I could back my truck out. I was more than a little frustrated the company couldn’t contact me to let me know my truck would no longer be allowed in. One would think that in this day and age of instant communication (email, call, or text) it wouldn’t be unreasonable to receive some sort of communication regarding the vehicle policy change. If you are looking for friendly service but not much in the way of a clean vehicle, this is your place. Alternatively, if you are looking for a good wash or if you own a vehicle that isn’t a standard shape or size, I’d look elsewhere.

I come in so often most employees memorized my license plate haha. All of them are always super friendly and make me feel at home. Their multiple car accounts are the best value at any wash in the area, with unlimited washes for cheaper than a single best wash! It’s insane!

i came in tonight and the young man at the front, nolen, helped me add my car to my husband’s membership. he was so quick and very sweet! :) the other guy that helped direct me into the wash also seemed friendly. keep hiring good people! amazing service and great value with the flock discount! 5/5 for quick quack!
