Five days before my wedding there was a red wine stain on the front of my wedding dress. I dropped it off at City emotional and not hopeful. I went to pick up the dress later that day, and they did not yet have it finished. Overwhelmed and panicked, I left broken hearted and scared. Ten minutes later, Karen called me back and said she’d have it ready. I went back, and when she informed me they got the red wine stain out, I couldn’t hold back my tears. I was so happy, I would have paid any price for their excellent work. Not only did my dress look even more beautiful than before, they did not charge me because of the stress they caused me.nnTheir quality work and big hearts have made me a customer for life.
