With the defensive and cocky responses to customers, this place made my mind up of where NOT to take my business. The responses are very unprofessional. If he has problems with a review, he should work with the customer one-on-one (offline!) to find a satisfactory solution for both parties.
Good customer service. Suggested an app for a repair company/person. Perhaps a good buying experience but you left on your own from there. .
Great service and prices. Pool/spa maintenance supplies. New And used parts for pools and spas they sell. they have some hard ware in the back. We walked in cold had most of the parts we needed to fix our spa that I don't know the name of but had the parts.
We went there due to a problem with our pool water and he gave us an economical suggestion on a fix. Thanks! It is great to have a local, reliable store in the area. Grabbing tools while you are there is a bonus.
