I have used Wells septic and drain since 2003 with great results up until two years ago and service went south. Both times I've scheduled service ( 2 weeks in advance) and scheduled vacation time to be home for the appointment. I have received phone calls the day of my appointment telling me that there was a scheduling conflict and they can't make it. How do you get a conflict with two weeks advance notice? Very disappointed with Wells . I strongly urge any one needing service to go with a different company that honors scheduling and customer satisfaction and retention. I will never use Wells again. I was not familiar with my septic tanks but Wells Septic went above and beyond helping us locate and pump the tanks. This is an experienced, family-run business and I would use them again.
