The restaurant is full of life and looks great. But the food on the other hand is not. The tuna is extremely over powered with celery salt I was told the meatballs were homemade when they are 100% not customer service was good So if you’re looking for a building to hang out with nice people that a is your place definitely not the food

Great and amazing food. First time ordering here online I didn't realize it was pickup only. It was no problem for me though. When I walked in to pickup I was overwhelmingly surprised at how happy the front counter was when I walked in haha.nnOverall it was a great experience!

Much better than other local sandwich places. I haven't tried everything on the menu, but the gyros and salads really stand out.nnPrices are about average for the area.nnOverall a very good experience.

I use to go here once / week, their food is typically fantastic. They've had quite a bit of turn over during the last few months (understandable with COVID), and it's starting to show. Two sandwiches took 40 minutes to makes today, and when I asked about it, the manager gave me attitude with no apology (I think most would agree that 40 minutes for two sandwiches, when told 25 on the phone, is quite a bit of time). I don't want to make this sound like a TERRIBLE experience, but, they need to adjust a bit and get back to good customer service with a seamless interaction.

Dino's is a staple of West Concord. From their salads to their sandwiches and the pizza, everything is great. Personal favorites include the hummus app and the Greek salad.
