Last fall my furnace was not working we called for what I would have called an emergency being I have two young children and temps were going to be 40s that night and was told it was going to be Monday before someone could make it and that it was going to be nice over the weekend anyway, and then just today called for a propane leak and was told by the receptionist that no one could make it today it would be in the morning, mind you its cold, windy, and rainy. I have always used these guys as my first call but more than likely not anymore
