My husband and I came in at 4:55 (the store closed at 5) to get a gallon of paint....probably not the ideal ask at that moment, but we had a plan to paint that evening before having a carpet installed the following day. Patricia came through for us big time and made sure we got the right color, product and finish, paid for it while we waited and brought it out to us. Amazing service and we’re so glad this is our new local hardware store!
For a little town hardware store this place is the greatest I go in there I always can find what I'm looking for and even if I can't there's always an abundant amount of staff to help me find something or assist me with something. Thank you for the staff being so friendly and outgoing with their help and their kindness can't find that in any Walmart or any tarjay or place like that so thank you Ace for keeping up your family traditions and your kindness to your employee and the kindness to the customers that come into the store not sure where to find things I need help with things to put together to do at home during this crazy time you get more than just a five-star in my book more like 10 Stars thank you
Great selections, but only 1 checkout working made for long check out (10min).
My lawnmower got “serviced” at the ace Acton location and cost $245 that’s more then it’s worth but anyway it wouldn’t start so I went in an talked to some guy who “fixed” it the guy looked like Peter from family guy and didn’t have a face mask on and he was very rood to me. I don’t know who this Peter looking guy is but I wouldn’t let him put a kids pinewood Derby car together.
I came to buy a wheelbarrow yesterday, and Patricia was a great help from start to finish--making sure I understood my options and even helping me load my final choice into the car. I love having such a high-quality, full-service, family-owned local hardware store. #shoplocal!
