Today I was fortunate to have Will Falwell(#3336) on the job when I needed it today. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years so I can appreciate what good customer service is. The service that I received today was impeccable. I was so happy that I was able to have my drain unclogged and have all of the PVC pipe underneath my kitchen sink repaired. Before my appointment I was informed that Will had a 1.5 hour drive before arriving at my house. That's not a fun trip for anyone before starting a job like this, but Will was courteous, professional, and calmly completed all of the work getting my plumbing back in better shape than before. I really appreciate the job he did and hope that he is recognized for being the epitome of a consummate and skilled professional. If I need any further plumbing work I will be sure to choose Roto-Rooter again.

Nathan was very professional, the replacement of my sump pump was completed quickly once he arrived. There had been some problems with the responsiveness from a 24-hour perspective as I had called around midnight and could not get anyone to come out until the following day. However the company was very helpful at resolving that issue and Nathan was very pleasant very professional, he took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. I have no qualms about using the service again.

The drain in the basement was backing up. The source appeared to be a clog in a small drain, but after snaking the drain water continued to back up. At that time they had to tap into the main waterline and use a bigger snake to clear it out. Mike was the plumber who came out and was training a new member on the job. Mike was timely and prompt; was very knowledgeable and great at explain what he was doing and why and how to prevent this issue moving forward. He was kind and consecrate of the state on my home to ensure no damage was done when bring equipment in and out of the house. I will definitly use them again in the future

I was impressed that the same technician that came out late at night for an emergency service, was willing to return the next morning, which was his day off. The only slight issue that would have made for a perfect review if handled differently, was he was using my dish soap without asking. The second time refilling his bottle, I happened to be walking into the kitchen. I just wish he would have asked to use my things a head of time.

Nathan was very courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining what was causing our issue and what exactly needed to be done to correct it. We would definitely recommend him and request him for work in the future.
