I frequent this car wash and had no issues until last night. I paid for the $12 wash in the soft touch and when I entered the bay, the undercarriage rinse didn't activate. Also, I was left with a ton of soap on my car. The dryers blew a lot if it off but if I'm paying for the best wash they offer, I'd like to get what I'm supposed to get. The icing on the cake was the vacuum. There was NO suction.
Disappointed, many spots were missed, and the tires were not touched. This was the $12 wash.
