Very quick response time both times I have called. Both times have scheduled services right away. The first time came and replaced hot water heater. Professional team and stayed well after hours to make sure my issue was fixed. This time the lever to our main water shut-off broke. I called on weekend after hours and was called back right away within a minute. Rick ensured the water leak had been stopped and advised they will have someone out first thing in the morning since we don't currently have water.
