This place is always really good but decided to try doing an online order and get a the $5 footlongs, I guess I had done the ordering wrong so I went inside to question why it didn't do the deal and to make the story short by the end of the ordeal the manager ended up cancelling my order without even asking me even though I said I would pay for it (meaning it was already paid for) and all I wanted was a receipt and getting the receipt was supposedly an issue for them. So for future reference subway, when someone says they will pay for it and all they want is a receipt don't go and cancel their order before asking them first.
Customer service is okay, the italian bread is always very warm, the turkey breast are always fresh
Owner is very rude. Doesn't treat employees and customers nicely. Never going there again.
I ordered a pickup for a footlong and a six-inch, yet I got two six-inches. I tried calling about five times and there was no answer. Terrible customer service and a huge waste of money.
Horrible service! I felt like I didn’t even want to be served not only that the employee there was super skimpy about everything even the sauce! Never again! What a shame!
