Seems to be nice and respectful every encounter I've had with them. Best group of police officers I've ever met.
I went to the Gahanna PD to get a BCI/FBI background check for my new employer. I didn’t have to make an appointment but I did have to go at a certain time when those services are offered to the public. It was worth it because they offered the services at a reasonable price. The officers were accommodating and nice. And I didn’t have to wait long for the whole process to take place. I got what I needed done for my employer all in one day. Thank you Gahanna PD.
The Gahanna police officers and agent who answered were a huge life saver. They actually helped me. They asked questions and analyzed the situation, as menial as it is. Bless them. I got lost in the middle of a high speed road with paths completely covered by trees and bushes, at night to boot. As a noob biker, I continued on the grassy part because I thought a road would appear eventually, until there were no roads at all. Both time-wise and distance-wise, it was really late, and intimidating to be turning back with bumpy, hilly roads near sewers and passing high speed cars and trucks, in an unfamiliar city. They helped escort to a road with paths. I don’t know if I would’ve probably made it back home without their help. I really appreciate it.

Locked my keys in my car (ugh), called the Gahanna police non-emergency line, Officers Chong and Griffith (I think I'm remembering their names correctly) were very helpful and personable. 10/10 would lock my keys in my car again
