I had a drain in my basement that was backing up every time I ran my washing machine or flushed the toilet. It was absolutely disgusting! I called on a Sunday around 3pm and they were out within 1 hour. The gentleman who arrived was very knowledgeable and assessed the situation and gave me options. About an hour and a half later everything was fixed, he even hosed down the floor where all the sewer drainage was in the basement to make it easier to clean. I was recommended this company and I will 100% use them again in the future if any issues arise. Thank you soooo much for being available and resolving my issue!
When I called back to cancel my appointment the voice answering the phone was so pristine and professional, that I though I had gotten a recording. It turned out I was speaking to the owner,
John (owner) was very compassionate in the middle of the night and tried to walk me through what I could do before determining that I definitely needed a new shower valve - I damaged valve previously, trying to get very old stuck cartridge out.nThey came next morning and fixed everything correctly - retrofitting to new style valve.nThey were great (knowledgeable and professional employees) and more than reasonable for the amount of work required in my situation!
