I wanted to say thanks to Harmony who helped me switch out my wash club tags because the scanner wasn’t reading it properly. She went above and beyond and was very professional and kind throughout. She also mentioned a great idea to me while i was in the office getting the new tag, she showed me how moo moo offers really inexpensive cleaning accessories like tire shine air fresheners and wax inside the office and she thought it would be a great idea to have a walk up glass window attached to the office with those products viewable from the outside and people could purchase them at the window. Anyways I thought her idea was great and I wanted to share with you.nnI also wanted to thank the Moo Moo company for being such a consistent and reliable excellent car washing service to have a membership with. I travel all around the city and have used every wash in Columbus and they all do a great job especially the one here on Broad Street. You always have hot water and great wax ready to go regardless of how busy you are and you never compromise on that excellence. Thanks Moo Moo and Harmony.

While a decent car wash with free vacuums the wash doesn't clean the whole car well. They would do better with people helping to detail the tough spots on the varying vehicles. I have to have a towel to wipe down the spots missed by their equipment after I go through the wash.

The car wash was fine a little slow but no big deal. The vacuums however are completely worthless, I could barely feel any suction when I put my hand on the hose. I checked the surrounding vacuums hoping to move but they were all the same. I can only assume the other people were aware of this issue because I noticed most people weren’t using them and just wiping their cars down. ud83eudd26ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f

I would have never thought that I'd have an actual customer service experience at an automated car wash but I did once and it was fantastic. There was some dirt left on my car and they just said go ahead and run it on through again. Very nice.

This particular location (E. Broad) was very busy in the middle of the day. Does anyone work in Columbus? ud83eudd14ud83eudd23 However, ALL of the Moo Moo Car Wash locations are very busy. Great place to go and it gets the job done. Their prices have went up over the years though.
