SCRATCHES ALL OVER. At first the value they provide was thrilling. No issues there. My first wash I saw some scratches on my brand new car all over. I worked on them personally by waxing and some scratch removal tips. Didn’t connect that this could be from car wash. Next week I went they the wash again, and same peculiar scratches appears. They refuse to acknowledge.
Very pleased! The best car wash on butler county on my opinion. So thoughtful having cleaning products available and rags as a complimentary service. My new car wash spot from now on. You must try!
Purchased an unlimited pass only to realize after several trips the brushes that are used to wash my car was adding layer upon layer of fine scratches all over the top of my car. My hood, top and trunk were covered in scratches consistent with the rotating brushes. I tried to get help for the damage to my paint and was refused. Their reason? I drove off the lot. So I’m stuck. Don’t take your vehicle to this company if you value the finish. Note the manager was great in helping, it was corporate who refused to fix the damage to my car.
Love this car wash. My car comes out shiny & new. Love free towels & vacuum. I like that someone is there to direct into the car wash.
$27 monthly fee for up to 31 washes... Great deal. Quality car wash. Only reason not a 5 star is the automated system closed... Not open all night
