First time ordering from them and it was super easy and hassle free! My husband contacted them to ask a question after we ordered and the person we spoke to was very helpful and friendly. We received our order quickly and it was neatly packaged. You can’t go wrong ordering from them. Everything was a breeze and the prices are excellent!

Placed an order on Monday morning. Paid extra for priority handling.nnReceived shipping notification Tuesday lunchtime.nnEmailed them on Thursday as package still shows as not yet received by USPS. They told me to wait another day and let them know if it updated.nnNow Friday, and it still shows that USPS has not yet received the package. Emailed them 6 hours ago, but no reply yet. They're now closed until Monday. I know USPS is having problems, but they say they choose the fastest shipping method. The lack of communication is annoying.nnI need the parts for a job this weekend, so will need to get elsewhere. Now trying to cancel my order.nnUPDATE: They've been very good about cancelling.

We ordered a generator and when we received it, it did not work (at the fault of the manufacturer, not the Tool Nut). The manufacturer wanted us to have it fixed under the warranty, which was going to cost us money on a brand new generator. We contacted Doug and Tom at the Tool Nut and they arranged to have the faulty generator sent back and a new one reordered. Through all of this they were in constant contact with us and advocated for us with the manufacturer. Their customer service is fantastic and we highly recommend the Tool Nut!

They use to be fast on shipping and reliable customer services but not any more, hole last week trying to call and talk to someone but keep saying due to high Valium can’t answer the phone!!!! I understand everyone is effected by COVID but it’s hard to believe for me whole week days, any time of the day no one is available to answer because they are so busy!!!nPart of my order is on back order which is understandable but one item ( Festool) is missing and no responding!
