Installation of propane kitchen range. Very short notice, Diane was super professional and helpful, always kept me posted and had to rearrange schedules to make it happen. Highest level of service I have experienced. Installation people were skilled and courteous, but the office help (Diane) is what got my attention. Bravo!
I called after hours and received a call back from Adam in less than 20 minutes. He gave me peace of mind and sent a technician over to my house the next day. I had the pleasure of having Brandon, he listened well to the issues I was experiencing and was spot on what was needed. He was on time, efficient, professional and friendly. The service provided was Phenomenal. The whole crew is amazing, reliable and compassionate. I highly recommend PVE!!!
This is the 2nd time now that we have had the pleasure of working with PVE on a home project. We needed a water line put in to run about 150ft from our house. We worked with Matt who is relatively new to PVE but not to the profession. Matt was so communicative, personable and able to break the complex work down into a way that was easy for my wife and I to understand. The work itself was beautiful, absolutely perfectionist with the entire job, there’s not enough room to put into words how thrilled we were with Matt’s work but most importantly, just how pleasant it was working with Matt. PVE is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Matt representing their brand this way everyday. Thanks Matt and thank you PVE!
PVE installed 2 new steam boilers in my home. The staff and installation team were professional and courteous. From start to finish they made it easy and they exceeded my expectations all around. I would absolutely recommend them for any hvac or plumbing projects you may have.
They are THE WORST! Ridiculous prices, TERRIBLE customer service. I would rather DROWN than ever use them again! And anyone who thinks they're getting Whittier Plumbing, they bought Whittier and DOUBLED the prices. DO NOT USE!!!
