Hen in the Foxhouse (09/29/2020)

The view is spectacular, personnel in the station always professional, but the stairs on both sides of the platform are seriously frightening. They are rusted through and move when you walk on them. Pieces of them fall off when you walk. They really need to be redone and ASAP before someone hurts themselves.

The station is not handicap accessible and badly in need of renovation.

I have used this train station many times over the years, first when it was associated with the New York Central, then Penn Central and now Amtrak. Take the train! You will not be disappointed.

Great staff. Beautiful views. Only lost a star because the bathroom seriously needs updating.

Bird droppings all over steps into station...on chemo could get very sick from that, railings rusting off on steps to train. Pigeons all over, railings have droppings, parking not too good.
