I ordered on the app a few days ago and came in to grab my food a minute or two before the pick-up time. I immediately noticed the sandwich was a footlong even though I had ordered a six inch. I made sure it was my order and left. The bread, meat, sides, and some of the toppings were correct, but the sandwich was missing the cheese and guacamole (which came at an extra cost) I had ordered and was not heated like I requested. It was still a decent sandwich, but I will be ordering at a different location next time.
Staff was nice but my vegetables looked delapidated. Overall the experience was good. What gives on the veggies? ud83dude0e
Usually I have a good experience. However, this time around, I saw people without masks being served. After seeing one person wipe their nose, my family and I decided we will not get subs today and will not be going back to this location until Covid ends.
The lady working was a delight. Slow internet was making it hard to process the card but she kept her smile and a good attitude too. Always a good sandwich too.
Big shoutout to the man who was working tonight! He's one of the kindest people I've ever met, I came in at closing time so my options were slim but he still made it work and did a phenomenal job making my sub AND my day!
