We had what we thought was a plumbing nightmare on our hands. Two other plumbers attempted to 'fix' it, and we were told it would be an invasive and expensive fix by another plumber. John answered the call, came within 48 hrs, and FIXED the problem, quickly, efficiently and affordably!
John is honest, reliable, and excellent at what he does. He's done a bunch of work for us and it's all held up. We left the house in his hands to do some major work once while away and he did not disappoint. Also, he's good about giving you a full range of options on the spectrum between cost and longevity.
I can't rate the work, but I can rate the service. This is a company that doesn't return phone calls. I get it if they're too busy to do a job, but that's no excuse for not calling to say that's the case.
On time, friendly, did the job well and quickly.
