I am very disappointed with our experience this afternoon at Arby's. The girl taking our order had too many tasks and was doing half of the work of other workers there as well. I noticed the manager was sitting down as well as one other girl while people waited in line from anywhere to 8 minutes for their order. The dining area was absolutely filthy and I had to request to have my table cleaned off hands down this was not only the worst experience for Arby's but all fast food places.

Super good food. They seemed understaffed at lunch hour but still came through great. I had the brisquet sandwich and curly fries and it was awesome. Try the bronco sauce! Thanks Arby's! Your the gem of Potsdam!

Love the French fries, I dip them in red ranch.nI did try a chicken club wrap, it was ok. I'll stick with the beef and cheddar sandwich and fries.

I've been tricked enough times by Arby's to be both embarrassed and fairly confident in this review. No matter how good it looks in the commercials, no matter how bad your curly fry craving is, don't do it. The service is slow, the food looks like they threw it together while wearing those foam novelty fingers, and it tastes only marginally better than said fingers. If you are able to dine in, and are reasonably certain you have nothing planned later in the day, you might entertain the idea of eating here. Otherwise, I'd advise against it.

Place was hazy inside and kinda dirty. Everyone was busy cooking and working counter. Looks to me they need more help. Food was very good like all other Arby's I have visited.
