103rd Precinct

I work in the building down the street, where the DMV is located. The vehicle traffic laws apparently don't apply to these cops at this precinct, they rip up and down this street going the wrong way on a one way. I am going to film it one of these days and show it to the media. Not only is it dangerous, it shows how they disregard the law but expect up to follow the law. Very unprofessional, so I laugh every time I see their cars with 'respect' painted on the side. They need to be reeled in and terminated for this kind of behavior. Police leadership is a lot of words but no action.

alot of Creeps and Old Angry ladies around the area that are intentionally trying to spread a Bad vibe by thinking they are Slightly Telepathic and by insulting people of course not to their face and moving uncomfortably Next to them on purpose and then smiling after like its a joke But its not. Watch your Kids and listen to your Gut. the Cops aren't that bad though.

They were very gentle when they handcuffed me. The backseat in their patrol car was very roomy. Overall, very professional. Will get arrested by them again, for sure.

You have a better chance of getting President Trump to come clean your house then get an Officer from this precinct to do their job. 5 hours waiting for an officer to report to the scene of an accident and still no one has shown up. Might as well set up camp in the middle of hillside avenue.

I would give zero stars if I could! for the past 2 years ive been stalked and harassed by officer Ian woodard who works at this precint. Ive went to several police precints to complain and no one seems to care. Each time that I place my review up, hes taking it upon himself to remove it, he calls himself casper and constantly let me know that there is and will be absolutely nothing that I would ever be able to do about it. Ive even went as far as to contact internal affairs on this officer, and still nothing is being done about it- hes managed to hack into my email accounts, phone account and any other personal account that you could think of. To protect and serve is clearly a Joke!! THE AUTHOR OF THIS POST WILL NOT BE REMOVING IT.
