Homer was a great help! Very informative and knowledgeable.
Today was my first time at Victor Power Equipment. The purpose of my visit was to drop off my Honda lawnmower for service. When I arrived I was greeted very quickly and politely. This made me feel comfortable looking around the store. Homer at the service counter answered all my questions and listened to my concerns about my lawnmower. After he took my information he was nice enough to help me unload my car. I look forward to picking my lawnmower up and plan on continuing to do business with Victor power equipment in the future.
I had my first experience with Victor Power Equipment the other day. I have been landscaping this summer to make money before substitute teaching this Fall. Victor Power Equipment sold us a DR brush chopper but failed to put enough oil in it. We were told it was gas and oiled up and ready for use. We used it for the first time and it was smoking and shut off on its own within the first 5 minutes of use. When we called VPE with the problem, they did not admit guilt or apologize for the situation. I am not upset with them not admitting guilt but they brushed us off without listening to us when we had a problem. It was a brand new brush cutter, it should not have been smoking, so instead of asking us to bring it in to diagnose the problem, they just offered us oil, indirectly admitting they forgot to put oil in it. When we went to pick up the oil, the gentleman who sold us the machine avoided us and would not talk to us. VPE was extremely unprofessional with the whole situtation. They sell a quality product, but if anything goes wrong, they will not have your back.
Website was not working. So Stopped in person, but snowblower I wanted was out of stock. And salesman was not very helpful knowing I was not going to be buying one THAT day.
Best group of guys in the business. Knowledgeable, caring, welcoming and they stand by their products. The only place to go for all your outdoor equipment. PERIOD.
