I went to the taco bell on Onondaga Blvd with my friend today and was very disappointed with my service. Don't get me wrong, everyone acted professionally and was very polite. However, after collecting our food, and arriving back home we discovered that we were given the entirely wrong order. My friend called the Taco Bell and explained to a worker what happened. The worker was polite and said I could come in and exchange our order. Once we got back to the Taco Bell I went inside, and to my disbelief got stared at for 5 minutes. By calling beforehand I would have thought the workers would have been looking out for the customer coming in to exchange their order. After receiving my new order and arriving back home, I was dumbfounded to find out that my new order was wrong again. The audacity. I will not be coming back.

Went through the drive through for some midnight cravings. When I pulled up to the window, I was informed that they had no grilled chicken, shredded chicken, or beef. This would have been fine. I'll just get stuff with steak, no problem. Asked what was on the new grande stacker. Was informed that it had beef, nacho cheese and shredded cheese, but I'd just have to get it with steak. Great! One of those and two bean burritos add steak, no onions, no red sauce. My wife got other items. When I got to the window, I was given another customer's bag that had a dollop of sour cream on the side. They finally got it back from me and even though I pointed the mess out to them, and had already handled the bag, they gave it to the right customer. Needless to say most of our order was incorrect and carelessly thrown together. This means I'll have to go up north if I want Taco Bell, but I guess this one apparently doesn't want my business anyway.

A favorite location for quality cheap food. Food was so yummy. Really nothing but enjoyable experiences here, I'll be back. It has a cool atmosphere. Similar to a cafe in Las Vegas I liked.

A favorite location for delicious Cheap food. I love this place. The staff was helpful and kind. This place has a good design. Atmosphere is similar to a cafe in San Jose I loved.
