I called and asked if they were still offering the 5 for $10 roast beef sandwiches. I was told no by the GM Tosh, she then asked me why I asked and I told her I had gotten them for my diabled sister when they were on special. Tosh told me she would honor that offer for my sister. She asked when we would be there. I told her the following Saturday. She told me to tell the staff member that I had talked to her and she would put a note in the office.nWhen my sister and I arrived Saturday morning, I pulled up to the drive-in and started to mention my conversation with Tosh and she said is this Dan. I was so surprised that she remembered. Tosh told me to pull up to the window and I asked if my sister could order an order of curly fries. Tosh said sure pull up to the window.nWhen we pulled up to the window I stated how pleased my sister and I were for her bending over backwards for people she had never even met before, when she handed me the bag and said we were all set. She gave us the entire order at no charge. It almost brought me to tears.nIt is uplifting to come across someone so kind and generous in these times.nTosh is an ALL STAR.

I just ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich and Curly fries from this location. When i got home and began eating the sandwich.....i literally almost threw up. The Roast beef was so hard I couldn't even chew on it, absolutely disgusting. This service is unacceptable and I assure you corporate will be notified regarding to this matter.

Great food as always the roast beef was delicious. The new market Mediterranean and club wraps are exceptional!nnSadly because of covid this location is only drive thru. This does not affect the quality of service was great.

I had to take the time to give credit where credit is due. The manager (Shatasha) has always been pleasant each and every time I visit the Camillus location...and that's about once a week. Customer service is always on point.
