I've had a lot of good pizza and wings in my day. Being in town on an extended work trip for two months, Pontillo's hit the spot when I got here. Zach and Jordan were crushing it tonight! Saturday night with a full moon and I was able to pick up in under a half an hour. Couldn't have asked for a better set of guys running that kitchen tonight. Thanks fellas ud83dudc4c ud83dude4f
Fantastic food. Ordered a small white garlic pizza some mozzarella sticks and a xango. If I'm ever in the Rochester area again I will definitely consider their business again
One of the best fish fries I've ever had.nnI have lived in Rochester all my life. After seeing the banners for fish fry as I pass the Mt. Hope location on my commute I decided I needed to try one. Last night we ordered fish fry for everyone in my house. All five were perfect.nnPalmer's is their supplier, but the fry on this one was far superior. It's a thinner coating of batter that is absolutely packed with flavor. Extra crispy without even a hint of being burnt. Not bready at all. The batter didn't hold extra oil, so you know that it was allowed to rest properly after frying.nnThere are better places for pizza in my opinion. But I'll be coming back here for the fish fry often.
2/6 @ 620pm, ordered half plain/half lemon pepper wings. 630 they call me, no lemon pepper, I asked for garlic parm. They delivered 24 garlic parm. Called back, they told me that i never ordered half/half and that staff asked me multiple times (which they did not) and had the nerves to be nasty. If you dont record calls then don't argue with paying customers about what was ordered. Will not order from here again.
I have never had a bad pizza from this Pontillo's location. Whenever I'm in Rochester I always order from them.
