Update:nEvery time I come to this store I think “maybe it will be better this time.” Well, I’m wrong, and it’s not. Something is wrong every single time I come to this particular store. I have a severe pork allergy. The person taking my order clarified THREE times that I did not want bacon on my sandwich. I drive all the way home....and there’s bacon! After reading some of the other reviews, it appears this store needs some serious management changes. Do better, Arby’s!nn**************nI love Arby’s but this particular location never gets the order right. Every time I’ve gone, my food has been wrong. Just recently, I asked for a turkey gyro and a small fry. I got a beef gyro and a large fry. Usually I’m in too much of a hurry to worry about it, but it’s really frustrating

Always nice folks but slowest drive through ever. Last week, they screwed up the drive through orders and guess wfAt, just got a lunch that’s not mine now I have to drive back after sitting there for 20 minutes and see if I can get the right lunch.nWent back to give them ONE more try on 10/2/20. Realized the kid never gave me my drink.

My husband and I stopped here to grab a bite to eat. The drive through line was very long so we decided to go inside. We knew it was busy and the front line manager was yelling at her employees and being very abusive towards them. She actually threatened to slap someone in the face. My husband and I left. I feel so bad for the employees because this is not how a good manager behaves in that kind of environment. I will be contacting the company later today. I kind of wish I called the cops for the way she was threatening these poor people.
