State Police Department

Officer walks in the right most traffic lane while there is about 8 feet of pavement to the right of that and then gives me a move over law ticket. So we are supposed to move over to the next lane for them so they can walk in the entire right most lane? How are they trying to be safe out there? Do you really think that charging a traffic fine is going to make the drivers safer? YOU the officer need to use your brain and be the safest you can be!!!! DO NOT walk in the traffic lane while there is plenty of paved road to the right of that. It's only common sense!!! I did move over to the right but not completely out of the lane and he gave me a ticket for that. SO I did drive safely away from him but he did not walk back to his vehicle in a safe way.
