Somethings are ok other things are not. I have had to return some things in the past. Some items they took without a problem others they refused even with a good receipt. I consider them equal to central tractor just better priced.

Harbor Freight they're very friendly employees if you need help just ask they will help you I have gotten most of my power tools from them I've gotten actually quite a bit of stuff from them it's all good quality stuff
Always friendly. And great prices. That crew does a fantastic job. For the amount of foot traffic that goes through that door.
Good service. People very helpful. Did not get coupon but sales girl said to take a picture of coupon and they would honor it. Good to know if the coupon will not print.
