I bought a used car w heavy oil stains on interior. They tried there best, but I was very disappointed with the overall job. The staff were very humble and apologetic which I appreciated & I was offered a discount due to not being able to fully lift stains. For that reason I will be returning in the future they cared more about my contentment than money! Highly recommend!
You get what you pay for, I didn't recognize my car at fist glance, I got a loaner for the day....best detailing spot in the area.
I've used Superior Auto Shine several times over the years and they always do a great job. I'm leaving 4 starts instead of 5 because I'm a little disappointed in my last experience because I brought my car in for detailing in July and someone broke my heat and air conditioning knob. They turned the knob so quickly (to dry the interior of my car after washing the inside) that they broke off some teeth/levels on the inside of the knob and because of that, it's screwed up my air conditioning and heat. I called the office three times during business hours with no answer and left a voicemail but no one bothered returning my call. I had to take my car in to get the knob fixed to a local mechanic, which is fine, things happen and it was an accident. But I'm leaving a slightly lower review because they didn't follow back up with me after I tried to get ahold of them and left a voicemail in the office.
Outstanding job. The van looked new, inside and out!!!! Unbelievable!
