I do the self wash and the pet wash ,clean,and very little issues with the Equipment, thats the reason for the 4 star rating
This car wash is okay, if you plan on just cleaning you car, or washing your car itself. I don't recommend using their automatic car wash. It ripped off my antenna, and they told me that I should have taken it off. Which it didn't come off to begin with. I had to get it replaced. I ended up getting an antenna that was flexible. I went through the wash again, and it was ripped halfway off. I will never use their automatic car wash again.
Best car wash in the binghamton area!
I used the self serve and loved every minute of it. So many great options to choose from. Chemicals all smelled amazing and did an extremely well job. The foam is absolutely amazing. I swifted through the brush before using it and didn't find anything that would scratch my car. Being able to personally close one of the garage doors was super handy in multiple way. The whole property seemed very clean and well taken care of. My car is my baby, its gets washed and vacuumed 2 or 3 times a week. I have never seen my car so clean.
I love taking my car to this place. I love the unlimited membership where I can come every day if I wanted to..since I am paying for a monthly membership. Definitely take advantage of the free vacuums. Staff are friendly. Whoever has answered the phone and provided customer services to us when we had an issue with billing was very friendly and accomodating.
