The wash arm of the automatic system some how hit our car on the rear passenger side while just starting the presoak. Didn't leave damage luckily. Then stopped & had us exit with a soapy car. On the positive side the person we called for customer service WAS super nice and helpful with getting us finishing up our wash instantly. Not thrilled with overall & likely won't return but there was an easy process for customer service & complaints
I usually get the underbody spray to stop the underbody from getting rusted. The wash usually does a good job cleaning the car. A lot of times you go there and one of the bays will be not working.
Went thru the wash yourself side. Great water pressure n def less expensive then others. Kudos!
