Dave is one the friendliest, and most knowledgeable owners that I know. He along with the rest of the staff, seem to possess a wealth of knowledge about the products being sold in their store. I also love the fact that, if the item that I am looking for is not physically in the store, they will do their best to try and have it delivered to their, where it can then be picked without an added delivery charge. I prefer this type of environment over that of a big box store.
So helpful. If they don't know or don't have, they will discover and find. Very kind and courteous. Have never had a problem with a return or exchange. I have them on speed dial.nCan't say enough good about each and every person that works there.
These people are gifts to our community.Not only do they have most of the related things you’re looking for, but they offer it with expertise and advice. They are patient and extremely helpful. Today I stopped at Ace, half way prepared, Needing to ship a package. needing to ship a package. My friends at ace helped me locate the correct shipping label, print it, and even helped find a box for my item. Normally I wouldn’t burden a business with these tasks but I had been confused by the shipping label. The great people at Ace, hooked me up and solved each problem one by by! And so I think we’re very lucky to have this gem in town and the people who work there.
Convenient location off 202. All the small things you need and some of the bigger items. Helpful staff. Store is a little small so in order to fit so many things it's a little congested but not to difficult to navigate
