I go to Jersey Mike’s often, but this store is amazing. I goofed up and they resolved the situation smoothly and quickly with no problems. Best customer service ever! I highly recommend this place!nnI would like to point out that the sandwiches are very delicious. Do you want a sandwich that can give you the same feeling you get when you’re in the same space as that special someone? Then definitely go to Jersey Mike’s in Parsippany.

Went there hungry (and annoyed by a neighboring shop - the pizza and woman were nasty!).nThe service here was AWESOME! Started with a pleasant greeting and a smile. The sandwich was really good! Bread was fresh, full of Roast Beef, they confirmed enough of all toppings and added the extra onions with a smile on their face - This worker was highly personable. I got a great sandwich for a reasonable price and the service was top notch! I would definitely go back to this Jersey Mike's!

Good sandwiches, but very overpriced especially compared to other chains. Not a good value for the money. If you start paying $17 for a sandwich, you can order a restaurant quality meal at that price, or for $3 more, can get a steak lunch nearby

I ordered forty minutes ago and when I went in because my order was suppose to be done the guy rudely said what do u expect it to be done . And just started to take the steak out to cook right in front of me ! He didn’t even have it on the grill yet was very rude and obnoxious. I always go there I won’t be going anymore I also paid for extra cheese and he barely put any on
