Readington Township Police Department

Just wanted to share a positive experience: we did a night hike recently, where we cover trails during light, then back roads after dark, but hiker who joined late had parked on a back road.nWhen we arrived to pick up his car, the officer was out in the woods looking around in case anyone was lost or hurt. It feels good to know that our local guys are out there actively seeing to the safety of trail users. Readington is fortunate to have such a pro-active department with professional and courteous demeanor. Thanks for all you do.

Showed up to my house party in high school and didn’t arrest me. That’s pretty cool I guess.
