Crabbae Seafood Restaurant And Catering

I had heard great reviews for this place and one day someone tagged me in a post for them that they were giving complementary meals for first responders. They contacted me and told me that I had won the free meal. It was amazing, so I decided to try more things from the menu to support and I was not disappointed! My favorite is the Crabbae fries, they give you so much real crab meat you wouldn't believe it! I highly recommend this place!

Went to the Maplewood one. The food was good, but not good enough to wait 3 hours for. I had an infant in the car, ordered an hour before I got there and they still took 2 more hours to get my 3 items ready! I told the host I have a baby in the car, not from the area and they didn’t seem to care, just kept saying “we are working on it”....I get it’s busy and they cant keep up w their demand, but maybe they should stop taking orders and once they reach a wait time of an hour to let the rush go down. That experience within itself makes me not want to got here again or recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I wanted something different let me tell you baby, the food was on point, hot and amazingly delicious. It was my first time eating the Rasta Pasta, Fried Corn and I must say they didn’t disappoint. The wings were delicious, the crab legs on point seasoned to perfection. As for dessert the banana pudding yummy as well. We will be us customers for life. Hey, give them a try you will love it. ❤ufe0f

They did not disappoint me. Let's start with customer service, I received a call telling me my order was ready for pick up. Like this! When I got there I was told due to COVID-19 there is a limit to how many people are allowed inside. Like this too! One of the staff members was really kind to come and ask me my name. She was ever so kind and brought my order to the door so I didn't have to wait in the cold. THIS RIGHT HERE! Was EVERYTHING! I LOVE THIS. Kind and considerate customer service is what I love. Now the food, you all did not let me down and the portions was absolutely wonderful. My family LOVED the food. Best choice I've ever made. We WILL be ordering again. PLEASE DON'T ever change the good food and awesome customer service.

I ordered from this establishment and the food was flavorful and the portions are unmatched! The service was timely and the customer service from the call I made placing my order to when I went to pick up my food was outstanding! I work hard for my money and I am very particular about feeling like my hard earned dollar is valued! I will be returning to Crabbae very soon for another order! Thank you!!
