Today I needed help in the hardware isle so they paged a sales assistant. I waited 15 minutes and nobody ever showed up so I left. This is how most of my experiences are at all Home Depots. If you know what you want and can find it by yourself it's a good store otherwise you can forget it if you need help.

I have had all good experiences at this very convenient HD location. Until today. My very well-behaved chocolate lab accompanies me every time I go to Home Depot. Today I was stopped at the door because this specific location has “changed their policy” to only service dogs allowed. See ya never Parsippany Home Depot. I will drive to the next one.
