I've been a resident at Princeton Dover for almost three years, and a big part of my happiness being here is the amazing staff. I've never had such a responsive property management team in all the years I've been a renter. Truly exceptional service, whether it is a maintenance request or a transparent, informational email sent from the front office, the resident services cannot be beat.nnThe apartment itself has really worked for me and my spouse. We are in a mid-floor 2BR and have found that it has been enough space for us. Despite the kitchen not having much storage, there are three closet areas that would amaze you at how much we have been able to fit. We have bought some additional pieces for the kitchen area to maximize storage and counter space, which reminded me that there's a lot to do with the space despite the limited counter area.nnUtilities are extremely affordable (averages a little under $50/month for the year), and we run our apartment with high heat and AC units in the hotter months. The heating is electric, but each room has its own thermostat, so you can really control how much energy you're using. Parking is very accessible on premise. The units and grounds are smoke-free, which is enforced by the Princeton Dover staff, which is important to me as a non-smoker.nnAs for any downsides, not having in-unit laundry is a pain—there are also not many machines in each building, so you're at the mercy of your neighbors being on top of their laundry. For the most part, it is manageable. You are also at the mercy of your neighbors. The units are close together, so there are chances of you hearing their TV blaring or daily living, but I'd say it is pretty par for the course with apartment buildings.nnOverall, I would definitely recommend Princeton Dover if you're looking for a safe, affordable, well-maintained, and supported place to live!

We have lived here for several years now and have been generally pleased. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to concerns and maintenance requests. The pool and fitness room are nice features. Our dog especially likes it here, there are lots of other friendly dogs living in the complex, a dog park on site, and several nice places for walks right near by (and plenty of attention and cookies every-time she stops by the leasing office). The location is great if you want easy access to downtown without the noise and traffic of being right in downtown. There is also easy access to Rte 16 and multiple grocery stores and take-out options right down the street.

Wonderful community, great location, close to downtown Dover, Portsmouth, and many other places with very professional, kind and responsive employees. All the issues get resolved quickly. My two kids and both dogs are very happy here. Dog park is a great place for all pets to hang out and get some exercise. I think it’s the best place to rent in Dover especially if you have a pet ...

I've lived at Princeton Apartments for a couple years now. The units are bright and updated. It is normally quiet and they offer seasonal amenities like an in-ground pool, gas grill and gas fire pit, and a year-round enclosed dog area. The office administrators are extremely communicative and responsive. Near to grocery stores, restaurants and other businesses, this complex boasts a good location and is near major roads and turnpike.

The property is very impressive and the residents Are super friendly for the light interactions that happens from time to time. When the weather is bad the management and staff has efficient snow removal procedures that make it less stressful on us all. If there are issues with the apartment the staff helps respond to them at a timely manner and makes it easier for us to report problems through an online portal.I lived in apartment complexes most of my life and Princeton Property is by far the best one and the amenities are great.
