My wife and I had an excellent & quick experience with Peggy Carter. On a Saturday we toured a home in Dover that we were interested in. On Sunday afternoon we sat down with Peggy to write an offer to purchase the home. We also had Peggy list our home for sale. 24 Hours later Peggy had 3 showing for Monday evening, then 2 excellent offers came through and we were under contract to sell our house. We were fortunate that the process was quick. Peggy was great in the selling and purchasing process. Her office's use of the electronic paperwork and signing was awesome and easy to use, which sped up the whole process. Roughly 5 weeks after it began we were moved in to our new house. Peggy's extreme knowledge of Dover and past sales history proves why she is the real estate agent to hire.
