Hopkins has been super accommodating from the get go. Super on point with any maintenance issues and easy to get in touch with. I've rented properties from them twice now and both have been great!

I was a tenant at their property on First street from 2018-2020. The property was always well-maintained and communication between tenants and property managers was always prompt. I loved living there and wish I could have lived there longer!

Lived in an apartment rented out by Hopkins for 3 years and had a very positive experience. Grounds were always kept up, plowing for every snow storm and maintenance was consistent and easy to get a hold of. Would rent again with Hopkins in the future and would highly recommend them to anybody looking to rent.
